We love Chia Seeds in our diet. This is a great way to get them in for breakfast. I enjoy supporting Raw Food companies, but I also love to try and make them for myself with ingredients that I enjoy.
My dehydrator has been a wonderful friend for all produce that needs to be used before it expires. I am having fun with it.
Quick meals are possible when you are prepared. Take some extra time on your day off to make some salads and cut up veggies that are easy to grab in a pinch. It takes so little time and eases your mind.

Go Green! Be aware that when you use nut or coconut milk that is not homemade, it is probably not raw. So if you want to keep it raw, make your own milks.
I imagine that with a pro blender, you will not have issues with guava seeds. Do not let that deter you from trying this recipe. Enjoy!
1/2 Cup Millet 1 1/2 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries 1/2 Cup Almond Milk Pinch of salt 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Vanilla (optional) If you would like some extra sweetness, add some coconut nectar, stevia, or agave nectar. Enjoy!
Roasted sugar pumpkin, fresh cranberries, fresh grated ginger, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice(ground cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, & cloves). Blend it all into a heavenly smoothie that tastes just like pumpkin pie! Add water to thin it out. Enjoy!
